Tanu Soni Email: tanusoni903@gmail.com Program: M.Sc(2023) Average.... in lab work The school should there own lab like C4d so we do not have to wait for several weeks to do just an experiment.
Aruna Email: arunaharikant66@gmail.com Program: M.Sc. (2022) I spent an amazing year on campus with amazing and friendly professors from the School of Physical Sciences. During the coursework, we were taught advanced core physics concepts and offered electives relevant to material science and technology. I attended many interactive seminars which were amazing. The SPS had the best experimental setups, especially for material science research. I had a lot of lab courses as well which gave me a tour of the experimental labs.
Sushil Email: sushilparjapat2985@gmail.com Program: M.Sc. (2022) In my college life, along with studying, my friends enjoyed a lot of other things( midnight birthday party, Diwali, etc). We had new experiences and learned many new things. Our Institutes's D1, G1, and B1 building blocks were a remarkable place in my college life.
Sandhya A K Email: sandhyaanchamkudy@gmail.com Program: M.Sc.(2020) Discussing the School of Physical Science, I'll begin with the Master's syllabus, which I found particularly fascinating as an aspiring specialist in Condensed Matter Physics. While the program's structure and syllabus were well-crafted, the envisioned quality wasn't consistently reflected in the execution of each course. There seemed to be a lack of emphasis on fostering a robust understanding between faculty and students, hindering the potential for faculty experiences to truly inspire students. Shifting to the research culture, it's noteworthy that nearly all research groups demonstrated proficiency in producing results. However, the avenues for interaction between these groups were not as open as desired. I believe that fostering robust interactions among students, research scholars, and faculty members would greatly benefit in establishing strong collaborations within the school. It's important to acknowledge that the experiences shared might have been influenced by the COVID-19 period.
Sreeshyam V A Email: v.a.sreeshyam@gmail.com Program: MSc(2022) Attending the School of Physical Sciences was an experience for me. The courses provided a balance of challenge and inspiration, and the faculty-student dynamic was incredibly supportive. The focus on fostering a research-oriented environment helped me develop my skills and prepared me well for my journey. I am truly thankful for the training I received and feel proud to be an alumnus of SPS. I'm eagerly looking forward to sharing my experiences and contributing to the school's continued legacy through this initiative.
