TITLE : Coherent Control of Vector Beam Propagation Through Atomic Media
ABSTRACT :
In this talk, we will explore the propagation of a vector beam through atomic medium. Linear and non-linear atom-field interactions exploit the control of the vector beam's polarization, phase, and amplitude, which gives complete freedom for the manipulation of structured light. Therefore, efficiently controlling beam parameters can open up new avenues for high-resolution microscopy, high-density optical communication, realization of optical tweezers for controlled manipulation and trapping of particles, and micromachining.
